Fuji Academy - Workshop Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all participants ("Customers") who register for the online workshop ("Workshop") offered by Fuji Academy, a brand operating under Stephanie Baxter Media Ltd. ("we," "us," "our"). By registering for the Workshop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Duration: Approximately 90 minutes
Price: £99

4. Registration and Access
Registration: Customers must register for the Workshop through the Fuji Academy website.
Access: Access to the Workshop will be provided through our workshop platform, Circle.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers can cancel their registration up to 24 hours before the start of the Workshop and receive a full refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the Workshop.

6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Fuji Academy owns all content of the Workshop.
Usage Rights: Customers may use the Workshop materials for personal use only. Redistribution of materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Data Protection and Privacy
Data Collected: Name, email address, and payment details.
Usage: Data will be used to register customers for the Workshop and to send emails regarding the Workshop purchase and future workshops. Customers can unsubscribe from the email list at any time.
Compliance: We comply with GDPR regulations to protect customer data.

8. Disclaimers and Liability
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific results from the Workshop.
Responsibility: We are not responsible for how the information is used. Customers assume all liability for implementing what they learn, particularly regarding personal safety when taking photographs.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10. Miscellaneous
Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered customers.
